Darrell Scottが新作『Modern Hymns』を4月〜5月にリリース予定。Darrell Scottに加え、Stuart Duncan･Dirk Powell･Danny Thompsonをコアメンバーとし、Danny Fowers･Alison Krauss･John Cowan･Mary Gauthier･Guy Clark等が客演。コアメンバーから分かる通り、ドラムレスのアコースティックアルバムとの事。
収録曲は、少年時代のDarrell Scottが影響というか衝撃を受けた楽曲を取り上げるというコンセプトのようで、曲目は調べがつかなかったのですが、Gordon Lightfoot･Pat Metheny･Leonard Cohen･Paul Simon･John Hartford･Hoyt Axton･Kris Kristofferson･Mickey Newbury･Adam Mithcellなどの曲を取り上げているようです。
